Know exactly where you are.

In cranial, ENT and spinal surgery, healing starts with confidence: knowing exactly where you are, every step of the way. Navient is an image-guided navigation system that keeps surgical navigation simple, accurate and affordable. It helps surgeons navigate complex anatomy with clarity and control, reducing risk, protecting critical structures and supporting safer, more precise procedures. When surgeons have tools that let them perform at their best, patients recover faster, with fewer complications and better outcomes.

Simple, accurate and affordable

Navient is designed for convenient routine use. There are no cables to connect, no spherical markers to mount, no field generator to place and no consumables to order. Its interface is easy to learn, it fits into existing OR setups, and it takes little time to set up.

From ENT and cranial procedures to spinal and neurosurgical applications, one adaptable platform accommodates a range of instruments and procedures, and it operates without continuous radiation.

Fast registration

Navient's registration is simple, accurate and fast. It detects multimodal fiducials for automatic registration and also allows the use of anatomical landmarks for manual registration. Trace-based registration then fine-tunes the result for higher accuracy. The process takes less than a minute to complete.

Ergonomic, reusable instruments

Pre-calibrated navigation probes are equipped with permanent markers, and universal trackers clamp to any surgical instrument, such as a biopsy needle, pedicle screwdriver, drill or suction. All navigation instruments are steam sterilizable, so there are no consumables.
